Join us for a rejuvenating and invigorating start to your week. Our signature Soulful Sunday sessions begin with breath work and meditation to calm the mind and reduce stress. This will be followed by a gentle yoga flow, incorporating chi-gong movements to remove any stagnant energy from the previous week. You'll then be fully prepared and supported to take a refreshing cold water dip to invigorate the body before warming up around a cozy fire and taking the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals. Our events are suitable for all levels of experience and we welcome complete beginners.
