Service Description
Barre is a low impact full body conditioning class, combining ballet-inspired movements, yoga asana, and pilates exercises, using a ballet barre (or your dining room chair!) for support. You'll engage in low impact, high intensity movements to strengthen and lengthen the muscles. The class includes isometric holds, small-range movements and dynamic stretched to target specific muscle groups. If you want to power up your yoga practise and build a stronger body on and off the mat, this class is for you. You'll benefit from improved strength and muscle tone, enhanced flexibility and range of motion and better posture and alignment , reducing the risk of injuries.
